Ingredients

  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz) can tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder
  • 2 ribs celery, diced omit for soft diet phase

Instructions

  • Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds.
  • Combine all other ingredients and scoop into tomato bowls.

  1. Programs differ so much so I am not certain the answer. Your phase 3 might be someone else’s phase 6! I would ask your team to be sure, but in my practice I allow veggies after one month post-op and anything is clear but I recommend not starting with stringy veggies like celery or asparagus.
