Instructions
  1. Heat an outdoor grill or a grill pan on the stove top to high heat.
  2. Sear the steak, one or two at a time to allow close attention, for 3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly and serve with vegetables or other toppings as desired. Example include sautéed mushrooms or cilantro steak topping. *Link for those recipes can be found in text above.
