Ingredients

  • 12 oz roasted turkey breast
  • 2 cup romaine lettuce, washed and torn
  • 1 cup baby spinach, washed
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 10 kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare all the vegetables by washing and slicing as needed.
  • Divide lettuce and spinach over four bowls. Layer the remaining ingredients: turkey, tomato, onion and olives.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over top of each bowl. Season as needed.

Divide evening into four bowls- nutrition is for one bowl
