Easy Low-Carb Taco Pie

Bariatric surgery patients, what’s not to love about the protein packed punch in this low-carb taco pie?

Lean Ground Beef + Eggs + Greek Yogurt Topping (optional) = woah protein.

What I love about this recipe is not just how filling it is with so much protein, but I love the texture that so many of us miss on a low carb diet!

I love that I can cut into it with a pie server, place it on a plate and it holds it’s texture! The flavor is wonderful too- taco seasoning! Toppings can vary from diced tomatoes, to plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), jalapeños or nothing at all!

Approximately 1/8th of this taco pie will provide 20 grams of protein and because it’s such a dense texture, it’s very filling!
