My post-op directions call for 3 days clear liquids, followed by 11 days full liquids, two weeks of puree to soft foods before moving from soft to solids. I just started pureed foods yesterda and made this tonight for dinner. I love artichokes, so this was delicious!
@Roxanne Nalumisa that is so great to hear! The pureed diet is not for the faint of heart but having recipes like this will make it easier and it will pass!!!
