Name of Product: Bird’s Eye Veggie Made Cauliflower Rice – Lightly Sauced with Savory Herb

Where it was purchased: Walmart

Cost: $2.48 for 10 ounce bag

How it might be used: Easy vegetable side with a protein based entree (I ate mine with Grilled Chicken)

Thoughts/Review: Wonderful!! I’m not sure why I was so surprised with I loved it. I admit I haven’t made cauliflower rice myself. Okay, one time I think I attempted it and didn’t even finish the process because it wasn’t going well :) I find cauliflower annoying and smelly. The only way I truly enjoy making cauliflower myself is Creamy Mashed Cauliflower (recipe video- members recipe) or inside a casserole like this Cheesy Cauliflower Bake (members recipe).

The idea of someone else going to all the trouble to make this dish and it comes out of the microwave tasty enough for my family to enjoy is a big win for me. I’d rather spend more time on the entree anyway! Highly recommended!
