  1. I’m not sure what help you can be if you suggest something for a meal but there is no recipe. I had my surgery on the 20th of November and I think I’m really doing great. Since my surgery I have lost 38 pounds and through the holidays I haven’t been tempted to eat anything I shouldn’t. I have a dietien I’m working with here. I’m not sure how you came across my email and know I am a weight loss patient.

  2. @Vickie (I responded with personal details by email as well)

I am very happy to hear you have a dietitian you are working with! My records show you opt-ed in to receive emails from me on XX and that you indicated you were XXX. I’m happy to take you off the email list if you’d prefer.

My website has over 500 recipes for bariatric patients but it is a members based website. This means while over half the recipes are free for anyone to see, the others are reserved for paying members ($12 per month currently). You may notice other recipe websites having tons of ads and videos that play and you have to scroll a bunch to get the recipe. That is just fine and another way to do it, however, I have no ads but do have locked content for members.

I do apologize for any confusion I have caused you! Let me know if you’d prefer I take you off the email list. I love bariatric dietitians and consider my website a supplemental resource to the help they are providing.

All my best to you and yours this New Year!
