What is the membership exactly?
The paid subscription gives members access to all the recipes on the site, all videos, all meal plans, an eating out guide, access to our closed Members Facebook Group and email access to Steph for any nutrition related questions before or after your surgery. The first 14 days are free and just $10 a month charged on the 15th day after sign up.
How can I change my payment method for my subscription?
At this time all payment information is completed through PayPal. No credit card information is stored in our site. Make sure you are logged in to your FoodCoachMe account and click here to access your account info (can also be found on the Dashboard). Click Subscriptions > View (next to order number) > Change Payment > Proceed to PayPal
How can I re-instate my membership?

How do I reset my password?
Go to the Sign In page in the dropdown menu. Click “Lost Password” and an email with prompts should be sent. NOTE: we have had trouble with the password reset function in the past. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, email firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I cancel my account?
Make sure you are logged in to your FoodCoachMe account. Click here to access your account info (can also be found on the Dashboard). Click Subscriptions > View (next to order number) > Cancel
What’s included in a meal plan? Where can they be found?
Meal plans vary. A “full meal plan” includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and one snack. A “Dinner Menu” includes dinners only for 5 nights. A “Mini” meal plan includes dinner for 3 nights.
All meal plans include a grocery list and the recipes. Meal plans are available for download for members here. They can also be found under “downloads” on the Members Dashboard.
