I always put the emphasis first on protein, then non-starchy vegetables. Limit fruits to once per day and healthy fats to no more than twice per day.

Use this food list for a refresher on what your best options are for successful weight loss!

  2. Hi @kymber128! Here are a couple replies based on mobile vs desktop:

    I find desktop to be easier if that’s possible. Sign in to your members account on foodcoachme first (click remember me if you haven’t already) and then go to Pinterest and you should be able to get members stuff automatically without having to go sign in every time. I never have trouble on desktop once I tell it to remember me.

    If you are on mobile, sometimes it’s more difficult to have the browser recognize you when you come from Pinterest. You’ll have to go into the settings of your phone, click on the browser you use (ex: safari) and then passwords and see if your username and password are saved into your phone. If your password is not in there, you may need to go back to foodcoach.me on your mobile browser and log in (make sure and click remember me) and the phone should ask you if you want that password remembered. Then go back to settings for the browser click on “autofill” and ask it to autofill your username and password. I hope that makes sense. Once you do it once, your phone should remember you!

    *Also, I try to not put members content on Pinterest so that non-paying members aren’t annoyed when they click on the Pin and can’t access it! So most Pins shouldn’t be a problem but sometimes I either lose track or someone else pinned a members recipe.
