This recipe is so easy that I can’t truly call it mine. Who knows where it originated but I’m sure I can credit someone on Food Network ;)  

Oven Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus, about 1/2' inch or so.
  • Place asparagus on a baking sheet, add olive oil and toss. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss again until asparagus is coated with all the ingredients.
  • Roast in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tender but crisp.
